Help us to improve Roadworks in Kent

Navigation Please give us some feedback

Has your journey been affected by roadworks today?

Can you spare a few minutes to give us some feedback?

There are a large number of organisations that can dig holes in Kent's roads, from companies repairing damaged water pipes, companies laying cables to allow internet connections and Kent County Council who are repairing the road itself.

This questionnaire is designed to gain feedback from you. We want to improve roadworks in Kent and have a good deal of control over contractors who carry out repairs for us. We will also be discussing the results of the survey with others who dig up the road in Kent, such as service companies like Seeboard and British Telecom, or the Highways Agency for motorways and trunk roads, so we can encourage them to improve what they do as well.

We know that travelling through roadworks can take time and be difficult but by listening to what is important to you we can hopefully improve things in the future.
