Please note: We unfortunately cannot accept forms sent electronically. To comply with Data Protection guidelines listees have to sign a declaration agreeing to details being held electronically and published online. Although we require a named contact, we do not give out or publish the personal details of anyone who has asked for them to be withheld (ensure the relevant boxes are ticked on the form). If you operate all or part of your group from home we recommend the addition or substitution of the phone number by an email address on your form.
